CSI believes social media holds an even greater opportunity for our customers. Our customers’ customers are out there talking…sometimes nonsense, but sometimes…hot or cold spots,” says Brendan S. Heckler, CSI’s Marketing & Social Media ‘junkie’. “There are sales opportunities everywhere in today’s society; the ways of reaching customers on a residential level is always changing. In time, someone will find those customers, but others may get left behind.”
