Don is our in-house/on-the-road technical guru. Very rarely in the office and almost always on a start-up or service call, Don is an amazing asset to Comfort Supply. Don provides start-up assistance on selected Mitsubishi CITY MULTI projects, and is also a go-to source for technical service and information. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

2000 – present        Comfort Supply, Inc. –  Technical Service Specialist

As project manager, I act as liaison between manufacturer and installing contractor to assist in design, construction, and start-up of HVAC systems of all types. This includes day-to-day technical sup- port of residential and commercial equipment including on-site visits and start-up services. I also provide design support for Mitsubishi ductless systems, Mitsubishi Citymulti systems, Florida Heat Pump, Renewaire, Slant-Fin, Spacepak, Sterling, Takagi flash water heaters, and In-Floor radiant systems.

Sales  Responsible for recruitment of residential and commercial customers.

Responsible for consultation on all aspects of a job from ordering through installation. Knowledge of all commercial and residential heating and cooling systems including radiant, geothermal, boilers, ductless, and vrv (variable refrigerant volume).

Training  Provide training and on-site technical and sales support with and without factory rep including Comfortmaker residential products, Mitsubishi, In-floor radiant systems Takagi, Renewaire, etc.

Testing  NATE certified proctor (Comfort Supply is a NATE test site.) Also provide on-site EPA testing.
