A 21,000 sq ft building in an industrial park in Kennedy Township near Pittsburgh PA has been home to CSI since 1990. It includes three thousand square feet of office space, a training room that can accommodate 40 individuals and a 1,000 sq ft showroom.

The training facility is set up for hands-on training on fully operational equipment including a City Multi inverter driven Y-Series Hyper-Heat Pump System, Rehau radiant heat in floor system with gypcrete overpour, all seven City Multi fan coils and a Mr. Slim® wall mounted split system. Training is available on a variety of control systems including desktop or web browser based systems.

The expansive showroom displays the latest hvac technologies, equipment and systems, including a City Multi R2-Series heat recovery inverter driven heat pump system, fan coils and a variety of control options.

The facility also enables CSI to study emerging technologies. For example, CSI’s “VRF Living Lab” will benchmark Variable Refrigerant Flow systems against conventional systems.
