Comfort Supply, Inc., a local wholesaler/rep in the HVAC industry is seeking a self-motivated, organized and enthusiastic administrator to join the Commercial HVAC group. We are a fast paced company that is growing at a rapid pace and need an individual that will be excited to be on the same path.

Duties (not limited to):
• Organize project files
• Support sales staff
• Responsible for keeping track of projects out for bid
• Print plans and specifications
• Develop job tracking (excel, word)
• Write purchase orders and customer write-ups
• Communicated via email, phone and/or fax to contractors and engineers
• Job status tracking – stages and billing

Education: Associates/Bachelor Degree is a Plus, GED required

Experience: No HVAC experience is required. Administrative experience is a plus

Communication skills: Must have excellent verbal and oral communications skills to communicate to staff, contractors, engineers and manufacturers

Other skills: Detail orientated, multi-tasking, punctual, professional

Computer Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (email), ability to learn new software quickly
